Eight miles east of Shreveport, LA is Minden. Light rain, high humidity and 64 degrees was the national weather forecast. Rain started as they neared Minden.
The ride was around 75 miles and there was lots of traffic, especially in Shreveport. The Methodist church, where they are staying, was serving beans and rice and a Mardi Gras atmosphere. Larry was going to play the Taylor tonight and entertain the group.
