- Pass this blog on to others. We are still collecting for the Davis Phinney PD research Foundation. When Larry retired from the leather business and I retired from teaching, we never thought we would get into biking at this level. Biking has not kept Larry's PD from advancing but it has slowed it down. You can fight PD with exercise.
