The group had two days in a motel getting ready for the big day. Phoenix to Globe will be a long day . Monday they have to go over the Pinal Mountains. Home of the Lost Flying Dutchman Mine and Superstition Mountain.
I do not know which part of the mountion they are crossing. Some of the peaks are 5000-6000 feet. I do know that they will have a long haul up and a dangerous downhill leg. More after Larry calls from the ride.
